Kelly Roma is a highly experienced events and marketing leader who specializes in creating and executing 360-degree events that deliver high-impact results.
Prior to joining BCG, she served as Director, Marketing and Special Projects, at Hearst Magazines, where she created and oversaw events and partnerships for Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Town & Country and Seventeen.
Earlier in her career, Kelly was Integrated Marketing Manager for Departures magazine at Time Inc., where she specialized in holistic campaigns targeting luxury consumers. Prior to that, Roma spent four years managing special events and promotions at Conde Nast’s Teen Vogue. Kelly holds a BS in Fashion Industry Management from Philadelphia University.
