Before joining BCG, Sharika worked as an Alternative Investments Analyst at Banco Santander International, where she collaborated with the Alternative Investments team to commercialize new funds to the platform, supported bankers in onboarding clients to private equity funds, and performed quantitative and qualitative research of managers. Prior to that, she served as a Product Assistant for private brand bedding at Macy’s Merchandising Group, where she assisted with the launch of Lucky Brand Home and supported the product development team by collaborating with design, marketing and overseas teams to develop new product. Sharika holds a BS in Public Relations from the University of Miami’s School of Communications and an MA in Global Business Management Focusing on Fashion and Sustainability from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
