As Assistant Vice President, Felicia is responsible for marketing stories to the media, creating and implementing media strategies, developing media materials, managing client relations, and unearthing new opportunities for clients. She is also Co-Founder of The Z Suite, an exclusive network of diverse Gen Z students from top universities and colleges who together serve as one of the most powerful Gen Z voices in the consumer space.
Before joining BCG, Felicia worked as an assistant buyer for women’s outerwear at Bloomingdale’s, where she supported the buying team by developing strong vendor relationships and assisted in curating seasonal brand stories. Prior to that, she was an assistant buyer for sleepwear and intimate apparel at Bloomingdale’s and an intern in the fine watches and jewelry buying department at Saks Fifth Avenue. Felicia holds a BBA in Marketing and Strategy and Management Consulting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
